Diana Swain, Atlanta personal injury attorney and founder of Swain Injury Law

Diana Swain, Founder

Diana Swain has spent her career advocating for those who need a voice. Before founding Swain Injury Law, she served as an assistant district attorney with Fulton County, where she represented crime victims in court. That experience — standing up for people harmed through no fault of their own — shaped the practice she built.

Diana transitioned to personal injury law to help individuals harmed by the negligence of others. Her focus is on securing the maximum compensation her clients deserve, and she approaches every case with the same relentless pursuit of justice that defined her prosecutorial career.

From the first consultation to the resolution of your case, every client works directly with Diana. She provides each client with her personal cell phone number to ensure you always have a direct line to your attorney.

A Client-First Practice

Diana limits her caseload deliberately so that every client receives thorough, personal attention. She is not afraid to file a lawsuit or go to trial when an insurance company refuses to offer fair compensation — and that willingness to fight is one of the most important things you can have on your side.
